Lush Fest is an immersive series of in-store events happening at select Lush shops across the UK.
We want to celebrate the joy of connecting in real life, give you a well-deserved break from your screens and showcase everything that makes Lush, well ... Lush! Expect hands-on product making, sensory experiences and more
Most of our events are completely free. However, a few exclusive ones will require a small fee to pay. This will be advertised on your event booking, which is subject to booking and event Ts and Cs available at https://www.lush.com/uk/en/faq/lush-uk-store-event-booking-terms-and-conditions and in-store Ts and Cs.
You can book your spot directly through the Lush App under the "Events" section, subject to the in-app booking and event Ts and Cs. Or if you prefer, speak to a member of the team in your local shop.

Of course! At Lush, All are Welcome Always. We do ask that you keep a watchful eye on them at all times as our team cannot accept responsibility for supervising children during the events.

If a specific event requires you to bring something, we'll let you know in your booking confirmation email or advise you in-store at the time of the event.
No strobe lighting will be present at these events.
Some Lush Fest events/promotions are sadly not available for under 18s or 16s. Please always check the applicable Ts and Cs.
We want our shops to be an Oasis of Kindness, so accessibility is important to us.
Most of our high street shops have full wheelchair access, but because some of our older or historic buildings have structural limitations it's best to check your specific store's accessibility details on our site.
